In-Office Sessions
We are nestled on the cozy second floor of Jai Dee Yoga studio in Seminole Heights at 5610 North Nebraska Ave, Tampa FL 33604. A parking lot is provided at no cost with easy access to I-275. The pricing for massage session at Jai Dee Yoga is $130/60 min, $180/90min and $220/2hrs. Gratuity and add-ons are not included. All sessions are 100% customizable, no extra charge for different modalities.
Jai Dee Wellness does offer discounted prices for their monthly membership of $110, which includes a 60 minute massage (savings of $20) and an additional 15% off any additional massage session per month.
Sylver’s Office Hours are Tues-Fri 5pm to 8:30pm.
Mobile In-Home Sessions
Enjoy the luxury and convenience of professional massage therapy brought directly to your home. With just an 8×10 foot space, you can transform any room into a personal wellness retreat. In-home massage allows you to fully relax before, during, and after your session—without the stress of travel or the need to rush back into your day. Gratuity and Add-ons are included in the pricing at $150/60min, $200/90min, $260/2hrs, $120/hr for 4 or more hours. You can view the add-ons available here.
